In the spring of 2021, I participated in FUGITIVE PRACTICE, taught by Jerome Haferd and Curry Hackett, and hosted by Yale and Howard University in conjunction with Dark Matter U. This class took on the question of Blackness in Architecture and fugitive methods of making space beyond the canon. In this class, we worked in teams exploring font creation, sonic disruption, mapping, and my own legs trying to do a touchdown celebration.
